During times during the self-doubt and self-pity, we usually move to dating apps for that confidence improve or validation we crave. But just as you swipe until your heart’s content doesn’t suggest you may ever find exactly what you’re searching for.

Some get the attention they get on dating apps just as thrilling as receiving remarks on Instagram selfies. The good feedback temporarily eases all emotions of insecurities and self-doubt and improves
confidence and worth.
